What we collect

When you use EDIT.Prmptr, we collect:

• Your email address and name (from Google sign-in or email registration)
• Documents you create and upload
• Basic usage data (page views, feature usage) to improve the product

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the EDIT.Prmptr service
• Sync your documents across devices
• Send important updates about your account (we don't spam)
• Process payments for paid subscriptions

Your documents

Your documents are private by default. Here's what you should know:

• Your documents are encrypted at rest — stored securely in our database
• Only you can access your documents — unless you explicitly share them
• We don't read your content — except when required for technical support you request
• We don't use your content to train AI — your documents are yours

Third-party services

We use the following services to provide EDIT.Prmptr:

• Supabase — Authentication and database (your data is encrypted at rest)
• Stripe — Payment processing (we never see your full card number)
• Vercel — Hosting (with enterprise-grade security)

Data security

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit)
• Database access is protected by Row Level Security — users can only access their own data
• We don't sell your data to third parties
• Admin access is restricted to authorized team members only

Your data rights

You can export all your documents at any time from the dashboard. You can also delete your account and all associated data from your Settings page.

When you delete your account, all your documents are permanently removed within 30 days. Some anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics.
